Risk Consultant Manager

Location: Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland

NetGuardians is looking for a Risk Consultant Manager to lead our risk consulting team and develop our control library

(use cases). Our Risk department creates & updates VM demos for clients’ needs and contribute to develop our control

pattern library for banks. You will provide consultancy services related to IT risks and internal control.

The position

 Define, document and market new anti-fraud patterns (NG|Screener’s controls)

 Manage a team of risk consultants over 3 continents

 Influence R&D in regards to anti-fraud challenges (product management)

 Market controls (anti-fraud patterns) and support marketing activities around it

 Develop risk mitigation/anti-fraud consultancy services

 Supports sales team during needs assessment (workshop)

 Support customers during implementation (workshop)


 IT Auditor with experience in the financial industry

 Master degree in Business information System or equivalent

 People management skills

 CISA certified

 Comfortable with CoBit and COSO

 Fluent in English

 Deep knowledge related to internal control and cyber risk

 Creativity & business oriented

 Interpersonal skills
