    diverse fields. Our offices are downtown Lausanne, a vibrant town at the heart of one of the most

    innovative regions of Switzerland, right next to the lake and 30 minutes from the Alps. Currently an

    energetic team of over 25 people, the company is looking for a highly motivated support engineer.

    For this full-time and permanent position in the Flyability Professional Service (FPS) team, your end

    goal will be to ensure customers happiness. You will notably manage all the maintenance and

    continuous improvements of our UAVs, working hand in hand with the production and engineering

    teams and with the other members of the FPS team. Your role will be to setup and manage the key

    projects required for an efficient long-term management of the training, technical support and

    operational support functions of the company. Your engineering experience will provide you with

    a deep understanding of our UAVs and ensure efficient support to our customers as well as a good

    collaboration with the R&D team.

    Moreover, you will handle inspection missions all over the world. For this position you will have to

    travel up to 20% of your time.

What you will own:

 Maintenance of UAVs. Manage the whole process, define plans, actions and controls. Set

up operations and define processes to transfer the operations to the production team.

 Technical trouble shooting management. Define diagnose routines and transfer these

processes to service providers and team members.

 Predictive maintenance management. Define with R&D how to collect the metrics required

to set up predictive maintenance of UAVs.

 FPS processes optimization. Working with the head of Operations, your role will be to increase

FPS efficiency. You will set up reports to tracks FPS key performance indicator.

 You will be the expert going all over the world to repair UAVs in case of emergency. Most of

the time the UAVs will be fixed in our Swiss offices.

Useful skills:

 A Master’s degree in engineering with experience in robotics.

 Knowledge in project management. CAPM or another project management certificate an asset.

 Methodic mind allowing to diagnose and solve problems in a structured manner.

 Autonomy and curiosity. Good level of English compulsory. French an asset.

 Very well organized and disciplined to perform mission safely.
