Human Resources Assistant – 80-100%

Location of job: Lausanne, Switzerland | Starting date: As soon as possible

in diverse fields. Our offices are downtown Lausanne, a vibrant student town at the heart of

one of the most innovative regions of Switzerland, right next to the lake and 30 minutes from

the Alps. Currently with a team of over 30 people, the company is looking for a highly motivated

Human Resources Assistant.

Interacting directly with all the departments of the company, you will be in charge of undertaking

all tasks linked to human resources management for our fast-growing team: management of the

recruitment process (new position postings preparation, reception of resumes, phone interviews,

interview scheduling, follow-up), on-boarding processes (contract preparation, official registrations,

laptop and desk setup, etc.), answering the team’s HR-related questions, helping setting up the HR

policies together with the management and more generally ensuring a good working environment

for the whole team. You will put in place the tools and processes to improve the efficiency of the

HR duties.

In addition to the HR tasks, as part of the administration team, you will be participating in the office

management tasks: reception, answer incoming contacts, dispatch postal mail, schedule meetings,

arrange travels, order office supplies, welcome visitors, etc.

We require:

 4-5 years experience in recruitment for a Swiss company, in an engineering sector an asset

 Bachelor degree in Business Administration, commercial diploma with a HR specialization, or


 Fluent in English and French, both verbal and written

 Thorough, very pro-active, well organized, dynamic, open-minded and capable of

working under pressure

 Interest for technology and the startup environment

 Proficiency with Microsoft Office
