    UAV Sales Manager
    Location of Job: Lausanne, Switzerland | Starting date: starting now

Flyability is a Swiss startup developing safe drones for inaccessible places. The company
makes a significant change in the use of drones by allowing them to inspect and explore
spaces where no robot can currently access and avoid costly and dangerous human
access. Flyability has received multiple awards for its innovative technology and has
reached a worldwide recognition. The company’s main customers are inspection
professionals, notably in the Energy industry, around the world. Currently a team of over 20
people, the company is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager for its sales and
marketing activities.

For this full-time position, you will join the sales team to scale up our direct B2B sales. You
will generate leads, answer incoming requests, travel to customers for pilot projects and
demonstrations, manage your customer portfolio, and close deals with customers ranging
from small businesses to major global corporations. Working from the needs of your
customers, you will interact with our R&D and Application teams to continuously improve
our products and processes.

We require:

 3y experience in sales of technology products
 Engineering degree or equivalent experience
 A passion for discovering, understanding and conquering new markets and a high
interest in technology, preferably including UAVs or robotics
 Good interpersonal skills and drive to build relationship with our customers
 Experience in the Energy, Maritime or Inspection industries is an asset
 English required. German or any other language an asset

 An autonomous, self-motivated, curious individual willing to learn fast
 Willing to travel globally (up to 40% of the time)
 A team player, able to work flexibly and collaboratively on a wide range of tasks
 Well organized with an autonomous and structured work organization
