We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our physicals business based in
Your responsibilities will include consultancy & Support, Business analysis, Gap analysis,

Programme and Project Management. To scope and manage the delivery of one or
more projects for which you are appointed as Programme / Project Manager
according to company procedure with a view to a successful conclusion to client
satisfaction, quality budget and timescale. Propose and agree project plan and liaise
with client project manager Manage and communicate project risks. Manage
communication to all stakeholders.
Business Analysis: Assist as required with the analysis of projects and the
production of gap analysis, business requirement, and functional specification and
testing / UAT documents for projects.
Implementation: Working at customer sites as well as at Brady offices, implement
Fintrade based on the project plan. To deliver project on time and look for
opportunities for additional revenue generation by further consultancy and training.
To undertake work at locations as required by the project, including for some
projects at customer sites overseas.
Client Management (note this is for non-licensing issues only i.e. sales of services
and developments. Licences are the remit of Sales).
Identify and assist in selling upgrade, training, consultancy services, and
Resource Management. If appointed as Manager for a Project, to manage
resources in a way that best ensures successful projects. Apply to client services
manager for additional resources as required.
Training / Knowledge Share. To ensure that other staff benefit from your knowledge
and experience such that it can be brought to bear on their future projects. This
could include other consultants or staff from other groups such as developers,
testers and supporters.
Quality Management System. To strictly follow company procedures and to draw to
the attention of management any area within the QMS that could, in your opinion, be
Market Awareness. To remain knowledgeable about the competitive environment
and the requirements of our clients, and make recommendations to the Board or
Experience and education
Demonstrable programme / project management and consultancy experience.
Track record of delivering projects within tight time and budget constraints.
Track record of building successful client relationships
Delivery focused approach to implementing high value software systems
Proven ability to analyse and communicate commercial and technical
both internally and to clients
Ideally experience and knowledge Brady products, particularly Fintrade and/or
Ideally experience and knowledge of one or more of the following business areas would be
Knowledge and experience using MS Projects or similar.
Excellent presentation skills – up to Board level
Ability work in an environment where priorities are changing rapidly.
Comfortable working within a rapidly changing environment
Ability to think on their feet
Willingness to travel essential
Be familiar with software deployment assistance
Good autonomy matching with a good ability to work in plural teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong, relevant academic background
Ability to form and manage relationships with a variety of key stakeholders
Quick to understand and explain new concepts
Technical skills – SQL, Microsoft Office tools, C++/C#
Languages : English or French, any other language will be appreciated
