HR / Office Manager (Full-time, Zürich)


In your role as an HR and Office manager you will closely work with the CFO / COO in making sure that our administrative tasks and requirements are met. You feel comfortable handling Human Resources and Accounting processes in collaboration with our external service providers (no bookkeeping required). A structured and systematic approach supports you in working independently in a dynamic company. You are comfortable navigating in an interdisciplinary and international environment and thrive on helping to figure out how to make Archilogic a global success.



  • Invoicing and billing processes for our customers
  • In charge of all communications with our external accountants
  • Manage Human Resources activities such as on-boarding of employees
  • Coordinate the recruiting process and the biannual evaluation process
  • Complete administrative tasks where needed



  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Fluent in spoken and written German
  • Academic or professional experience in an analytical or administrative role



  • 2 years of work experience in a numbers-driven environment
  • Experience with Swiss HR procedures
  • Experience with Excel // Google Docs
  • Experience with cloud-based processes (rather than pen and paper)
