Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Zug Switzerland.
Our client is a large Pharmaceutical company in Central Switzerland
Manage collection and assessment of Initial Criticality of complaints in collaboration with local Drug Safety & Epidemiology and the Medical Information Center.
Opening, reporting, processing, follow-up and closing of Quality complaints reports for all released drug products
Management and maintenance of the global Complaint database for products.
Management and maintenance of the local Complaint database for products.
Perform reconciliation with other departments
A Bachelor/Master degree in pharmacy or life science or medical engineering,
A first experience in the quality department in pharma is highly desired
Business fluent in German and English, good working knowledge of French
Knowledge of pharmacological and medical terminology is a strong asset
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Quality and focus oriented
Solid computer knowledge
Organized and structured
