Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Bern Switzerland.
Our client is a BioPharma organization in Central Switzerland
Responsible for global and local R&D projects
Provide input and lead the development of project strategy
Lead international cross-functional project teams
Ensure that deliverables are achieved within scope
Define time frames and budget.
Interact with project sponsors, department managers, and stakeholders
Report the project performance to the relevant review committee on a regular basis.
University degree in life sciences (PhD, MSc or equivalent)
At least 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Excellent planning, organisational, time management and problem solving skills
Leadership ability in a similar position.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and decision analysis and are articulate as it relates to business acumen.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication
Presentation skills to build performing project teams
Excellent English and German language skills are essential.
