Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Zug Switzerland.

Our client is a company specialized in vaccines.


You support your colleagues during the collection and evaluation of complaints according to their initial criticality
You report any complaints within given timelines to the corresponding contact person
It is your responsibility to open, process, and close complaint reports for all released drug products, i.e. drugs and vaccines


As a consequence of complaints you confer with other departments to identify potential adverse events
You are responsible for the update and maintenance of complaint databases covering vaccine products
It is your task to support the maintenance of the current Quality System (GMP, GDP, GPvP)
You are involved in the release of commercial products by support of QA Managers and QA Associates


Degree in pharmacy, life science, medical engineering or comparable
First experience in the pharmaceutical industry within Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research, or related areas
Fluent in English and a good working proficiency in French and German is a must
Knowledge of GxP and ICH regulations
Good IT skills, knowledge of Trackwise appreciated
Teamplayer with interpersonal and negotiation skills, communicative
High motivation to perform and finish tasks within strict deadlines
Precise, organized and structured way of working with focus on quality
