The TSS Client Solution Executive (CSE) is the lead sales person for NEW BUSINESS opportunities in TSS. Multi Vendor Services as well as Multi Vendor Support Services are the main products to sell to new customers as well as to IBM base accounts. The CSE is responsible for the overall sales effort and success.The Client Solution Executive is responsible for the development and closing of highly complex information technology solutions to senior client executives, which can include the CEO, CFO, CIO, Board of Directors and evaluation committees. They are required to have an in-depth understanding of the client's business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions. They may lead multiple opportunities concurrently although typically in different sales stages. Acquisition of new opportunities, developing and closing them, is the core competency of the CSE.
