Workstudent - GTS Solutioning

IBM is one of the world‘s largest providers of information technology solutions and business consultancy. Our vision is to bring a new level of ‚smart‘ to how the world works. A place where people, businesses, governments and systems are interconnected and work together. A place where billions of people will live and work better.

IBM Global Technology Services(GTS) has been on the frontlines designing, building and running the systems that are the backbone of enterprise IT. Now, our clients’ enterprise infrastructures, processes and data are increasingly hybrid: public clouds integrated with their existing infrastructures; data sourced from existing systems combined with data from other companies and sources.

What we have learned from tens of thousands of our services engagements is that data and analytics need
to be at the core. Foundational systems must be hybrid and draw together many components and services
on premise and off. And client value is derived in an industry context.

We are looking for a new Workstudent in our GTS DACH Solutioning Team in the IBM Location in Zurich Altstetten.

The position comes with a 40-60% workload and includes the following tasks:

  • Administrative support for the management and team
  • Checking and controlling reports to ensure the achievement of the targets
  • Tracking of deadlines and progress of certification processes
  • Organization of different kind of events and meetings (team event, team meeting, educations…)

Furthermore, the workstudent is supposed to handle customer requests from existing DACH Base accounts. He/she needs to dispatch and re-allocate ISSM / TSM practitioner ressources in time to the new requests (RfS, contract extensions, prolongations).

If you are a Swiss resident, flexible, independent, fluent in English and able to work in a team, then don’t hesitate to send your application.
