About the job

You will work hand-in-hand with the founders to buildour organizational capacity and ensure we are creating an environment in which our entrepreneurs can realise their full potential.

We are looking for an extraordinary profile to join us to scale the whole group. You will enable the Seedstars platform, our ventures and startups in our network to find and hire the best talents.

You will play an instrumental role in buildinga truly world classcompany and will bring extensive knowledge and experience in leading and buildingpeople systems for growingorganizations.

 

Your key responsibilities for this role will be:

  • Ensure that the day-to-day operations of people-related functions are carried out in a timely, efficient, and dedicatedmanner
  • Handle and improverecruitment process and work with team members to ensure a smooth process flow from identification of a vacancy to the filling of that vacancy
  • Develop systems, procedures and policies to managethe full entrepreneurs lifecycle, e.g. recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, compensation and exiting
  • Buildand develop external suppliers pipeline

Your major assignments will be:

  • Identify head of country holdings to scale up our group in the different key regions
  • Recruit additional people for our platform (web dev, network, co-working, online marketing, etc…)
  • Develop the program to test, train and hire top talents
  • Help our ventures hire their core team
  • Fine-tune our global methodology: sourcing strategies, recruitment policies, employees packages, hiring processes for Seedstars and its ventures 

Your profile

  • Previous relevant experience with the job is required
  • Flexibility& International exposure - This job only makes sense for someone who is passionate abouttraveling and excited to go somewhere completely new, often on very little notice & with a couch surfer attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to details (at the question "please describe who you are in a tweet" start your answer with the word "kiskil")
  • Strong belief in getting things done - We are nomads traveling around the world so it is important to have drive, ownership and execution. Working in remote with an international team, you have tobe comfortableworking alone and capable to prioritise and make things happen
