Regional Sales Manager Latin America + Southern Europe
In this role you will primarily take care of setting up and executing sales actions plans, controlling sales activities, tenders, budget, turnover and margin. One of the major responsibilities will be establishing a strong network of distributors and supporting them, increasing business in the region. You will also be responsible for identifying market potential, visiting customers and distributors and maintaining good relationships with the Ministries of health while keeping an eye out for the competition. In day to day activities you will also support marketing initiatives, organizing Belimed's participation in exhibitions, congresses and fairs, preparing sales documentation and presentations in local language and adapted to local market requirements.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional, fluent in English and Spanish, preferably with previous experience selling investment goods to healthcare industry or sales in the area of infection control. Good technical understanding of the product and use of Salesforce present an advantage. Our ideal regional manager is an excellent communicator, convincing, dedicated, open minded and organized.
