Private Equity Analyst (m/f)

Based in Zurich, you will work closely with our senior investment professionals at every stage of the fund-of-funds
investment process, from sourcing to execution as well as post-investment portfolio monitoring. You will quickly gain
valuable experience as you evaluate investment opportunities and network with industry experts.

Your tasks:

 Review incoming primary and secondary fund investment opportunities
 Engage in financial modelling, quantitative and qualitative analysis of fund investment proposals
 Perform market research and industry analysis across various European markets and business sectors
 Assist in transaction execution, including the creation of investment committee materials
 Monitor the investment portfolio

Your qualifications:

We are looking for a motivated graduate with a Bachelor or Master degree from a top university with coursework
emphasis on Business Administration, Accounting, Finance and/or Economics. The candidate should be eager to
start his/her career in a multi-cultural, dynamic organization and proactively contribute their academic knowledge
and first relevant work experience obtained through internships in private equity, M&A, transaction services, finance
or consulting.
 Strong quantitative and analytical skills
 Financial modelling experience and deep understanding of financial statements
 Proficiency in MS Office, additional relevant IT skills is a plus
 Fluency in English (working language) and French is essential, solid knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish is
a plus / excellent written and verbal communication skills
 High degree of personal maturity and professionalism
 Exceptional work ethic and deep sense of accountability
 Self-motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team with high degree of initiatives
 Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
All candidates should be holders of an EU or Swiss passport and ideally be based in Switzerland.
