Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • General office administration within the General Secretary Unit Pool
  • Secretarial support to the General Management including agenda administration and travel arrangements
  • Post and phone calls handling 
  • Meetings, video conferences and conference calls organization
  • Preparation of presentations in PowerPoint
Knowledge, Skills and Education:
  • Commercial High School Degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years work experience as a secretary in an international company
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package and Photoshop
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility and stress-resistance
  • Availability for occasional short trips within Switzerland
  • Motivation and willingness to learn in a high complex environment with mixed skills required
  • Fluent in English, Italian and German. French is considered as an advantage
