About This Job

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Commercial Service Manager and EME Commercial Planning Manager within a scope of master data management and commercial planning. This position gives a great opportunity for a first experience within Commercial and Marketing functions in an environment of Export business in emerging markets. The role covers a broad spectrum of activities that are critical to do business, touching on two core processes, “Order-to-Cash” and “Marketing-to-customer”.

You will be accountable for:

Master Data Management and Compliance

• Provision of support in the commercial terms approval process, in line with the

  related policies

• Maintenance of the Pricing Master Data in gSAP

• Provision of support in the Commercial Identity process implementation

• Provision of support for the compliance team and update of process

  documentation to align it with the Commercial Identity

Commercial planning

• Provision of support to the Planning Manager in the campaign planning,

  execution and evaluation process

• Provision of support for the annual marketing intelligence process


• Provision of support in ad hoc projects (GTM reviews & business cases)



Qualifications and requirements

• Advanced degree of BA or Master in Economics/Finance/Marketing

• Excellent level of English, both written and spoken, French is an asset

• Advanced knowledge in MS Office ( Excel & PowerPoint)

• Basic understanding of the business environment
