About This Job

The purpose of this role is to support the project management team to ensure projects  are well scoped, managed and delivered to meet business strategies.

You will be accountable for:


• Supporting  the project manager to assemble complete, consistent and reliable information on projects

• Using global standards and  methodology  tools aimed to increase effectiveness, efficiency, operational innovation and excellence

• Coordination of  project  activities

• Engagement and management of key resources and stakeholders to meet time, cost, quality targets

• Effective support of the project management approach by handling documentation and resource planning

• Maintenance of standards and compliances




Qualifications and requirements

• Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelor of Science

• Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Chemical Industry, Scientific Research or Agricultural industry experience preferred

• Risk management knowledge and participation in the development of response plans. Utilization of Risk Assessment forms to identify major risk areas for projects and

• Basic project communication skills to ensure that key project document criteria are met

• Familiarity with Project Organization structure, roles and responsibilities


Additional Information

• Based in Basel, Switzerland

• 12 months contract with possibility of extension

• Travel <5%
