Customer Service Assistant
Headquartered in Lachen near Zurich, Switzerland, the Octapharma Group is a leading company in the worldwide market for therapeutic human proteins.
We are seeking
a motivated person to join the Customer Service Team as Customer Service Assistant. You will report to the Customer Service Manager.
The ideal candidate
In this high-profile position you are the interface between Octapharma and its customers, worldwide. You will be working as part of a young, energetic team.
As the ideal candidate, you possess a solid commercial education and background, and have at least 3 years experience involving export or international trade. A diploma or degree in export would be an advantage. You are motivated, flexible, can work independently, have good interpersonal and organizational skills, cope well with stress in a fast-paced environment, can multi-task and prioritize work effectively. Your are fluent in both English and German. French would be of benefit.
