Our client is top leading Private Bank in Switzerland, Zurich Area. Currently, looking for Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their team based in Zurich. 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the effective execution of the talent management and core HR initiatives to include the areas of: on-boarding, compensation, training, coaching, performance review process, succession and leadership planning
  • Help business and operations leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes
  • Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve HR policies and initiatives.
  • Identify and drive the sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to employees when appropriate
  • Act as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs.
  • Understand and solicit employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. .
  • Work with managers to support their recruitment strategies Collaborate with managers on hiring decisions
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulations and state laws.
  • Routinely assists and supports HR team members and collaborate with subject matter experts within HR and other central service groups to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Participate on project teams to define, develop and implement solutions, processes and tools that support HR and business objectives
Skills and experience:
  • Strong general HR generalist experience.
  • Familiar with payroll processing, CPF & tax submissions
  • Strong in local regulations
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to identify and address adverse issues and take immediate action
