We are looking for a motivated and committed Aeronautical Information Management Analyst for our Clarification Services/AIM.

In this role you will work as an interface between aviation authorities and internal production units in order to support smooth production by supplying necessary aeronautical information.


Your responsibilities

  • Review clarification requests raised by production departments
  • Address requests to the authorities, track and document request status
  • Evaluate and pre-analyze incoming aeronautical publications source information and pass it on to production departments
  • Prepare and manage work orders for production departments, estimate and document effort
  • Report issues and point out risks for production in good time
  • Monitor and maintain validity of publications
  • Cooperate with involved departments and production locations abroad
  • Handle inquiries and specific requests from both customers and internal departments
  • Investigate and establish new contacts with aviation authorities and organizations
  • Participate in projects
Your profile
  • Degree in aviation related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Deep aeronautical and navigational knowledge with a minimum of 5 years work experience in this field
  • Pilot license IFR/VFR, Air traffic controller, IFP designer would be advantageous
  • Good analytical skills
  • Quick learner with good spatial orientation
  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Sound Microsoft Office skills
  • Good command of English and German; any other ICAO language would be an asset
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional contacts
  • Proven high sense of duty and quality
  • Ability to work conscientiously und independently
  • Team player with strong communication skills and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work under time pressure and willingness to walk the extra mile to meet deadlines
