Job description and responsibilities

 

The successful candidate will manage client relationships for multinational corporate clients in the administration of their Deferred Compensation Plans. The team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced person who demonstrates potential and is ambitious to take over and manage new responsibilities. The candidate must have the ability to manage and strengthen client relationships, be able to deliver high level of service expected, possess a keen attention to detail, be an expert with data & spreadsheets and be committed to creating error free processes. The role entails end-to-end responsibility and hands-on approach from project planning to operational and administrative processing.

 

Key tasks of this diverse and challenging role

 

  • Analysing clients’ plans and developing comprehensive solutions in close cooperation with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducting presentations, leading client meetings and conference calls
  • Creating and maintaining client relationships spanning all relevant levels and areas within the client’s organisation
  • Project management; planning/processing and monitoring of company plan related events
  • Broad area of end-to-end responsibility for operational/administrative tasks
  • Day-to-day plan and data maintenance on the administration platform (EquatePlus) for the assigned clients

 

Qualifications, skills & knowledge

 

  • Over 5 years of working experience in the Financial Services or Benefits and Compensation industry is an advantage
  • A Bachelor’s degree or similar Level of education qualification
  • Proven track record in client facing roles and operations
  • A strong communicator able to build relationships and effectively convey ideas to a variety of audiences
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills
  • A good understanding of deferred compensations & benefits and pension schemes is an advantage
  • Excellent spoken and written English and German language skills
  • Experienced in MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint and Access
