To this end, he/she will be responsible of:
Ensuring that O&M Hydro contracts are structured in a manner that aligns financial and time scale constraints with capabilities
Maximizing / optimizing financial result of O&M Hydro contracts for the nominated countries and customers
Ensuring a professional risk management in order to maximize the long term profit of O&M Hydro contracts
Analyzing and calculating offers
Ensuring effective and efficient coordination of all activities necessary to close the contracts
Ensuring optimal interfaces and co-operation with all stakeholders
Closing subcontracts / consortium agreements with LSCs in co-operation with project execution
Improving the existing sales tools
Informing and co-ordinating sales activities with the other departments
Ensuring that commercial and technical feedback from contract execution to sales is considered in new projects
Ensuring a smooth hand-over of the sales projects to the project management team in charge of execution
Qualifications/RequirementsDegree in mechanical, manufacturing or electrical engineering with additional sales training or degree in economics and additional technical training
Some experience as international sales manager and in the power generation industry (e.g. development, design, sales, service or O&M of power stations)
Very good presentation and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Fluent in English and in Spanish/Italian, depending on the location (spoken and written)
Knowledge of German or French desirable
Experience in long term service agreements and multi yearly agreements
