The position of Area Sales Manager brings along a challenging, rewarding, strategic and in the same time hands on role.
Assume the full responsibility of our exclusive distributors‘ network for selected markets meaning:
Convey the Brand’s vision and ensure its implementation
Develop and implement appropriate sales strategies
Establish clear objectives with our distributors and monitor those to contribute to the development of sales on each territory, achieving the agreed budgets & sales forecast
Analyse and challenge all sales statistics and data
Motivate and support our distributors’ sales teams as well as their retailers’ network
Report on the evolution of each market and identify their specific requirements
Experience in managing a selective distribution network as well as understanding the related business driver indicators
Language required: English, German and French
Excellent communications skills
Ability to lead in challenging environments
