Team Leader / Operator

Tasks

  • Lead and motivate team

  • Coordination and dispatch of incoming orders

  • Administrative management of the office and office management

  • Update personnel records

  • Ensuring a productive work environment

  • Control and compliance with the guidelines of the company culture

  • Data security and protection

  • Single-point-of-contact for customers

  • Protocol management

  • Research

  • Reporting

  • Other tasks

Requirements

  • Strong personality with leadership experience

  • Very good knowledge of English and Ior German and Ior Turkish (oral/ written), any other language is a plus

  • Minimum 2 years work experience required

  • Familiarity with Swiss law and tax system a distinct advantage

  • Disciplined, committed and positive attitude

  • Respect for colleagues

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) required

  • Organized way of working

  • Team-player

Conditions

  • On-Call Contract (availability according to work volumes)
  • Occupation rate approximately 60-100%
