Intern- Supply development engineer (31490) Start early 2017 for at least 6 months

For Business Unit Installation Systems it means on the one hand to further develop the global stock positioning strategy and transport network optimization and on the other hand to further develop the procedure of forecasting to our external suppliers. Against this background the internship project shall design the necessary forecast processes for Business Unit Installation Systems.

As intern in our department you’ll be part of the Operations team that ensures the availability of more than 4000 different standard and special products to generate enthusiastic customers around the world. You’ll work closely with our experts to develop a segmented forecast approach.
Your key responsibilities will be to develop a segmentation approach for the BU Installation product portfolio. For each segment you need to define the appropriate forecast method or process and identify IT or automated solutions to ensure the efficient and sustainable performance.
