To further expand the team of our Competence Center in region and to support our clients in the development and implementation of Salesforce.com transformation projects, we are looking for new (Senior) Consultants.
o You will support our clients, through various project assignments, in optimizing commercial operations across Marketing, Sales and Service, enabled by the Salesforce.com platform.
o Essential responsibilities of a CRM Consultant in a transformation project lifecycle include:
o Preparation and facilitation of business and process design workshops
o Translation of business processes and requirements into technical solutions
o Configuration/Customization on the Salesforce.com platform
o Preparation and delivery of Test, Trainings & Support activities
o Contribute to successful delivery of CRM implementation s and projects in the European geography, working onsite with Cognizant clients and liaising with our offshore teams
o Design, develop, test and deploy enterprise CRM solutions using the SFDC/Force.com
o Manage Cognizant deliveries by applying global delivery model & manage clear communication
o Professionals will also actively contribute to the expansion of our Salesforce.com team (e.g. professional development, proposal development, knowledge sharing...).
o Strong understanding of commercial operations and processes
o 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in implementing CRM solutions (full life cycle project)
o Salesforce.com certifications like Admin / Dev / Sales / Service cloud
o Familiar with Agile methodology & global delivery
o Team player mindset with strong communication skills
o Fluent in English and at least one other major European business language (French or German)
o Ability to distil and communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively. Client facing position, so excellent presentation skills are required
o Intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding analytical skills
