In order to strengthen the team in our very prestigious flag ship boutique at Rue du Rhône in Geneva we are recruiting our new
Deputy Store Manager As ambassador of the Brand you will participate actively in the development of revenue and profitability in all store areas sales operations and after sales service for Jewelry Watches and Accessories.

Accountabilities
In this role you will second the Store Manager in daily activities and support him in coordinating the team of client advisors and implementing ad hoc actions for best clients.

You will manage sales activities related to all product categories Jewelry Watches and Accessories achieving or over-achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives and monitor and guarantee best product display in the store. You will be in charge of resolving clients concerns.

In parallel you will actively participate in community events and maintain a visible presence to develop the existing and new solid client base projecting a positive and appealing brand image with a special focus on personal knowledge and relation building and maintaining with high level and loyal clientele. You will act as an organizational interface towards the local marketing assuring the implementation of CRM strategies and procedures to enhance the customer base in quality and quantity.

As team leader you will be in charge of ensuring the training of sales people and back office staff to increase technical and product knowledge and developing sales techniques and stock management. You will efficiently and effectively manage store stock. You will actively ensure the application of security sales and stock processes and procedures. You will monitor and provide tools for the sales people to help understand and increase sales performances.

Qualifications/Professional Capabilities
You have at least 2 years of working experience in a similar position in a high end luxury boutique and expertise in retail store operations and in sales techniques. You know the store processes and procedures. You have an extensive product knowledge of Bulgari or another luxury brand and in jewelry watches and accessories. The knowledge of marketing media and merchandising techniques is a real asset. You have developed an excellent networking and you are able to increase your clients portfolio. You use easily Microsoft Office suite and have strong knowledge of other systems. Finally you are fluent in French and in English and Italian should be a distinct advantage.
