Administrative Expert / Project Coordinator

For our client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are regularly looking for candidates.
 Administrative Expert / Project Coordinator, temporary assignment
 Major Accountabilities:

  • General administrative support: calendar management, organization of meetings etc.
  • Preparation of meeting minutes and presentations
  • Travel management including visa applications and expenses
  • Budget tracking and cost center control, opening of purchase orders (in SAP)
  • Project / process / event related support  
Education, Competencies, Languages & Experiences:
  • Commercial edcuation (KV, Handelsschule)
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in administration 
  • Experience within global matrix organizations/pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken), other language skills are a plus
  • Project / process / event management skills
