Account Manager for Education
We are strengthening our Enterprise Sales Team and will address additional industries. The role of the Key Account Manager Education is reporting towards the Enterprise Sales Director.
This position will be based in Zürich or Bern, Switzerland.
You will be a part of the local Enterprise Team and taking on the following responsibilities:
- Position Huawei and its Enterprise portfolio to education customers including Universities and Schools. The product portfolio incluses: Networking (Access, Optical, Switches, Router, Wifi), IT (server, storage, datacenter)
- Explore and pursue business leads and opportunities to meet growth targets and manage sales projects related to the Sector
- Maintain, develop and foster excellent relationships with the IT departments and relevant decision makers of the key customers and identify and build relationship with key partners and influencers in this sector
University level degree or similar
Minimum of 5 years experience in ICT Sales for Education Market
Extensive and active contacts within education and institutes, including ETH, EPFL...and knows very clear about their procurement process
Extensive contacts within the ecosystem
Fluent in Swiss German and English, French preferred
High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization
Ability to develop accounts strategically, being both capable on hunting and farming.
