Our client is a multinational investor and manager of distressed assets. The company has ambitious growth plans and has achieved a number of major milestones during the last two years. It became a publicly listed company on the Swedish stock exchange, NASDAQ OMX First North in August 2014 and issued further shares and debt in this summer.
We are recruiting a Finance Manager who plays a significant role in various finance projects, e.g. capital market transactions and acquisitions of new portfolios. The job holder will report directly to the Senior Finance Manager and be based in Baar.
Significant involvement in capital market transactions such as debt and/or equity issuance
Assisting the CFO / Senior Finance Manager in projects as acquisitions of new portfolios and / or legal entities
Preparing initial draft of documents externally e.g. quarterly and annual reports
Assist with the preparation and review of investor relations material, e.g. IR presentations
Review and analysis of monthly and quarterly results
Bachelor`s degree or Master`s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent education
Approximately 3 to max 5 years of experience in financial reporting and/or auditing
Experience from capital market transactions is a plus
Solid understanding of accounting and reporting systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including experience in preparation of reports, analysis and commentary
Experience from working in an international environment
Computer skills - advanced skills in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Professional certification (CMA/CPA/CFA) or similar is a plus
Project management experience desirable although not essential
