Your mission: In this position you take project ownership for success-critical subjects and implement HR-related programs to ensure that the organization’s current and future requirements are met. Reporting to the Executive Vice President HR you provide advice and guidance to regional management and act as a reliable interface between corporate and regional HR to ensure a stringent strategy execution. Moreover, you work closely with other functions at the head office in establishing corporate policies and processes, and lead HR work streams for due diligence and integration management. A crucial part of your job is to lead, evaluate and develop your team of specialists to ensure that the organization’s HR strategy is implemented effectively and within budget. Finally, you contribute to driving best in class employee satisfaction and facilitate change programs in different areas.
Yourself: In order to succeed in this position, we expect you to have a university degree in Human Resources Management or a related subject. Moreover, you should have a professional qualification in HRM as well as 7 ‒ 10 years HR experience, 5 of which in a managerial position. Strong knowledge of labor laws and business management principles are indispensable assets, as well as the ability to assimilate and interpret financial data. Additionally, you should be able to lead strategic projects and motivate a team to deliver high quality standards. Factual decision making as well as sharp communication and presentation skills will be key to your success. Excellent German and English knowledge is required, further languages (i.e. French) are desirable.
