Your mission: In this position you contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies at the company’s head office in order to achieve profitable growth and sustainable competitive advantage. Reporting to the Executive VP HR you are responsible for evaluating the HR aspects of proposed business changes and aligning HR plans and programs with the company's strategy. Moreover, you ensure that the organization’s training and development needs for over hundred employees at the head office are addressed. Another important aspect of your job is to liaise with other functions at the head office on interdepartmental projects and to monitor and control overheads and KPIs. Finally, you act as a coach, contribute to driving employee satisfaction and foster a high performance culture.
Yourself: In order to succeed in this multifaceted position, we expect you to have a university degree in Human Resources Management or a related subject (post graduate degree advantageous). Moreover, you should have a professional qualification in HRM as well as at least 10 years HR experience in a managerial position. Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and project management skills are indispensable assets, as well as the ability to assimilate and interpret financial data. Additionally, you should have a sense of urgency and passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous development. Strong leadership skills and the ability to persuade others will also be key to your success in this position. Excellent German and English knowledge is required, further languages (i.e. French) are desirable.
