Strategic Assistant

Your Duties:
Monitor the strategic initiatives, projects, processes and the performances of the division and the departments
Steer and process complex assessments to support the Chief HR & Services and the divisional management board on specific topics
Implement and evolve the FIFA's Project & Quality Management within the HR & Services Division and for all related divisional projects and initiatives
Manage and develop the divisional Project Portfolio (PMO)
General administrative support and assistance for the Chief HR & Services Officer
Our Requirements:
University degree
Fluent in English and German, any other FIFA language an asset
Project Management methodology
Attention to detail with strong analytical approach
Financial know-how
Resourceful and pragmatically approach
