Our client is a medium size leader in its field
In this role, which is based in the French speaking part of Switzerland, you will support the strong expansion of our client through the management of a large recruitment campaign for 3 sites (corporate and industrial) sites based in Europe.
You will be in charge of the following tasks :
Once the bulk of this recruitment campaign has been completed (approximately 3 years) you will then be responsible for the management of the German OR the Swiss site for areas related to training plans, participation in succession plan management, etc
This role necessitates at least 40% travel and requires the following:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment with a strong expertise in industry and negotiation with union labor
* Fluent German and English, French a plus
* HR diploma
* Strong capacity to working in a complex environment with various stakeholders
* Strong communication / negotiation / diplomacy skills with customer oriented approach
* Project management experience
