Customer Service Advisor (Kundenbetreuer)

For our business in Volketswil we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, proactive sales
support, and solution-orientated services through timely and efficient order management. This position will
be working closely with the inside as well outside Sales team & factories and acting as a point of contact for
our customers. Main responsibilities: • Order Management from incoming orders to issuing invoices and follow up with customers on
delivery schedule • Ownership of the order book for designated region • Place order-related purchase orders to third party suppliers and follow up • Ensure that customer demand is balanced towards manufacturing and Supplier capabilities • Ensure all new or amended customers information is passed to master data or to the appropriate
department • Manage customer enquiries and consult customers as needed • Support the Sales organisation and liaise with factories and other internal departments • Respond and proactively resolve any complaints with the customers and issue credit notes • Ensure incoming telephone calls are answered with minimum delay and with the best possible
service in the eyes of the customers Qualifications: • Min. 3-5 years’ experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably Customer Service or Inside
Sales in an international work environment; • Commercial apprenticeship or technical apprenticeship with strong commercial background / High
school degree (or equivalent); • Experience working with ERP systems and good understanding of business processes; • High level of customer orientation; • Excellent written and spoken communication and influencing skills (phone, mail, email); • High level of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); • Ability to build relationships and networks in a virtual team environment; • Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and follow-through; • Flexible individual with a high level of intercultural sensitivity, able to adapt to a quickly changing
environment and drive continuous improvement; • Fluent in written and spoken Italian and German good spoken and written English. Any other
