Private Banking

Within our division Private Banking we are looking for an Employee Reception / Cashier Desk 100% in Lugano.

In the function you will face the following challenges:


  • Providing a warm and friendly welcome to our international visitors and clients

  • Preparing the meeting room allocation on a daily base

  • Serving the clients with beverages during their meeting

  • Taking orders for culinary breaks to the external caterers and restaurants

  • Answering all incoming phone calls and emails in the reception inbox and distribute them accordingly

  • Organizing and delivering the internal mail

  • Providing a well maintained and clean reception area

Your competences are:


  • Completed professional training preferably in the service sector, e.g. hotel industry, catering, aviation industry (cabin crew member) etc.

  • Several years of experience in a similar role and particular in working at a bank's cashier desk

  • Client orientated attitude, high level of service orientation and very distinct service willingness

  • Correct and discreet manner as well as sensitivity

  • Ability to work independently, precise and structured

  • Highly motivated, reliable, loyal and kind team player who is able to work under pressure

  • Fluent in both spoken and written Italian and excellent English or German skills are mandatory, additional languages would be an advantage

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Ideal ages: 25 to 35 years
