Business Manager /COO
For our client, a global Banking company in Zurich
we are looking for a skilled Busness Managr/COO
for a 6-month contract.
The role is in a COO team which is responsible for Asset Servicing, Custody & Transfers, Position & Transaction Management and Messaging.
Support with the development/design and implementation of new COO capabilities/services like:
*Performance Measurement Dashboard
*Steering Committees and Governance boards
*Total cost of ownership
*Workforce Strategy tracking
Overview of the department / team (team size, backgrounds, personalities …):
We are a team of 4 people: 3 people are working in Zürich, 1 in Poland.
Focus of these resources are mainly on Financial Management. As mentioned above, this role is to support the implementation of new COO capabilities currently not or only partly covered by the team. The IT Unit we support is
> 360 heads. The team is part of the GOSD COO organization which is a global organization with around 60 heads.
Challenges Contractor will be facing in this role:
*Need to be able to work quite independently and maybe with not all info/requirements clear and available as from the beginning
*Stakeholders might have only limited time available
