Senior Manager Digital Strategy Financial Services
What you can expect from us.
You will build-up client facing digital propositions and internal delivery capabilities across multiple areas and practices in our firm.
You will lead the creation of integrated, scalable digital solutions for Financial Services and build quality relationships with our clients to drive projects in the digital sector.
You will develop digital strategies, guide the definition of digital vision and shape solutions for clients in Financial Services to re-imagine their business in the digital age.
You will design and implement digital solutions in projects and apply your experience of digital solutions to help Financial Services clients achieve their goals.
You will serve as thought leader for digital topics in aligning digital strategy with a client's business goals and lead digital «evangelization» initiatives within the firm.
You will work in an inspiring team as part of an international network and develop your leadership skills in high performing teams with committed staff developing the capabilities of the teams you work with and fostering innovation (i.e. inspiring innovative approaches to design, using creative techniques for collaboration).
What we expect from you.
You have an excellent masters degree in business focused on strategy and innovation.
You have 5 to 8 years' relevant consulting experience in financial services strategy consulting with the focus on growth strategies and business model innovation.
You possess proven experience in designing applications and services that balance user needs, commercial interests and technological constraints.
You have project experience (i.e. understanding of project management principles and methodologies) and an affinity with digital ecosystems (social, mobile and analytics are a plus; no technical background required) and an international mind-set and experience.
You are a pro-active, communicative personality who works well under pressure and you are able to respond positively to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
You have good analytical and strategic thinking capabilities and your social skills enable you to motivate and influence your clients and your team and you will share your expertise and experience actively by teaching, coaching and mentoring others.
