Paicolex Trust Management AG, a wholly-owned Swiss subsidiary of a UK law firm and a founding member of the Swiss Association of Trust Companies, is seeking a full-time
You will join a growing international team of trust specialists who administer trusts, foundations, companies and other fiduciary and wealth planning structures. We offer tax compliant, tailor-made estate and wealth planning solutions to international clients.
Your main tasks will include
Taking direct responsibility for the day-to-day administration of all aspects of fiduciary structures reporting to a Director and Team Head
Drafting and issuing complex correspondence, minutes and resolutions to clients and advisors
Implementing tax and legal advice across client mandates and ensuring ongoing compliance
Participating in team training
Liaising in English (spoken and written) with clients, banks, law firms, asset managers, accountants and other professionals
Attending client meetings
Acting as a Paicolex authorised signatory
Minimum of 5 (ideally 10) years’ experience in a professional fiduciary services environment
Commercial Business School qualification
STEP Diploma preferred
Excellent knowledge of English and the English language business environment
Willingness to learn new systems
Extremely well organised and self-motivated
Flexible and adaptable
Responsible and committed with a genuine interest in the business
Ability to work well independently and in a team
Strong desire to develop technically and professionally
A ‘can-do’ attitude is essential
