In the Nestlé Suisse Logistics Department we ensure the delivery of outstanding distribution services.

In order to contribute to our continuous success, we are looking for a highly competent Supply Chain Project Manager based in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure the deployment, within the Supply Chain of the Swiss market, of a key European project for one of our most successful businesses.

Reporting directly to the Head of Logistics, you will be responsible for the smooth implementation of a cross functional project and will be in charge of gathering the business requirements, the management of the functional resources devoted to this project and the follow up with internal stakeholders.

What will be your key responsibilities? 
 

Within the framework of the above-mentioned project implementation, the incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Fully adhering to the initiative timelines for a successful Go Live on Jan 1st 2020
  • Ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Gap analysis for the following streams:
    • Customer Service
    • Logistics (transportation / Warehousing / Customs)
    • Demand and Supply Planning / Customizing activities).
  • Ensuring a timely implementation of the required changed in coordination with our IT Department and the 3 PL's European team.
  • Providing a complete report of the project as well as an exhaustive documentation.  
 
What is required? 
  • 3+ years of relevant and successful experience in a Supply Chain Project Management role.
  • Expertise in either Customer Service or Logistics or Planning, ideally in at least 2 of these fields.
  • Operational experience in the following areas is a must:
    • Logistics (transport / Warehousing)
    • Customer Service
    • Demand & Supply Planning
  • Operational experience in the following areas is an asset:
    • Finance: Business Planning, budget control, cost management 
    • Experience in different projects including Distribution Network redesign, High Performance Logistics, Customer Service redesign.
  • Project Management and Project Methodologies
  • Hands off knowledge of the Logistics Modules of SAP.
  • Languages : English mandatory, Germans is a strong asset. French is a plus
