For one of our clients, specialized in the pharmaceutical area with HQ in Basel, we are looking for an OCM.

This is a challenging contracting position starting in April until the end of the year.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management activities of a complex organizational transformation programme where several project streams will be going in parallel
  • Deliver change management related documentation including an OCM plan, communication plan, stakeholder analysis etc.
  • Coordinate reporting of OCM activities
  • Coordinate activities of the implementation core team members in remote locations
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure desired outcome is clear and successfully delivered

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of organizational change management experience in technology area
  • Good knowledge and hands on experience of Change Management methodologies, processes
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Work experience with remote teams
  • Previous pharmaceutical experience

Location: Basel country

Start Date: 01.04.2019
