In this role you will support the Head of Quality (F&P) and the team in all administrative and secretarial tasks.

You will act as a champion in organizing administrative tasks and executing all secretarial duties in cooperation with the Head of Quality and his team. This includes making travel arrangements, organizing meeting details and agendas, booking appointments and managing calendars. You will also assist with reports, transcribing notes, preparing presentations. Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, etc. and anticipating the needs of others in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience for the whole team.
