Talent Acquisition Specialist (FR/ENG) (m/f)
- Develop and maintain a network of candidates for key open positions, future missions and strategic needs,
- Identify qualified professionals, who fit the company and the role,
- Represent positively the company to candidates,
- Consult internal clients to clearly define and understand respective roles (understand job requirements and expectations), in order to prepare hiring managers and interview teams,
- Extend offers of employment to selected candidates,
- Develop the link between the hiring manager and the third-party, recruitment agencies and staffing firm,
- Be part of the implementation of new recruitment processes.

- Fluent in English and in French.
