Inhouse HR Specialist
Managing the day to day operation, the Inhouse HR Specialist is responsible for the primary functions of our program from recruitment, selection, onboarding, retention, planning and communication in alignment with the strategic program objectives identified in the RIS business scan.
Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding
Creating a tailor-made recruitment ladder specific to the client, the client's region and the client's industry/sector.
Sourcing candidates through identified recruiting channels (online, job fairs, open houses, community outreach).
Screen applicants according to the customized client job qualifications, behavioral interviews and skill testing.
Ensure references, background checks, health and safety testing and account compliance are in accordance with client contractual requirements.
Execution and delivery of the customized client training and orientation programs.
Planning, Retention and Guidance
Manage workforce and talent pools in a proactive manner to correspond with production needs and plan for upcoming fluctuations.
Engagement: ensuring communication, transparency and motivation of the team member
Evaluation of the competencies and performances of the Account Assistant, with the aim of development
What you will need to be successful in this job:
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience required.
Preferably certification in Recruitment training, focus group, or conference.
Minimum 5 years in a candidate generation role, producing candidate pipelines and having a proven track record of hiring success.
Demonstrated track record of understanding clients' functional/technical hiring needs and translating those into effective candidate generation strategies.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively screen candidates to evaluate their eligibility for candidacy and consultatively present to hiring teams.
Proven ability to understand candidate motivations and effectively sell the opportunity to the candidate to ensure offer acceptance if made.
Preferably experience in a high pressure, urgent recruiting environment supporting external clients (e.g. RPO, Search Firm, or Agency).
Must be active on social media and have grasp of database technology, social media and search engines, planning, analytics and metrics
Creative and innovative thinker; Strong initiative, self-drive and motivation
Excellent command of English and German language is required
