As a Consultant/Project Manager for CRM Systems, you will work within a team that advises major clients from all fields on the subject of integration and the optimum use of SaaS-based CRM solutions. This will involve you first using your sector-specific and IT expertise in the presales phase in order to develop the CRM systems with a focus on Salesforce.com. You will also be responsible for both the analysis and the definition of CRM-based processes for our customers, as well as for the implementation and specification of CRM processes on the basis of Salesforce.com To do this, you will not only follow the classic waterfall development model, but will also work flexibly (SCRUM). Further tasks will include the integration of Salesforce solutions into our clients' existing landscapes and the analysis of marketing, sales and service processes from an IT perspective. Depending on your level of experience in a managerial capacity, you will also be assigned responsibility for staff and projects from the very beginning.
