Our client is an international pharmaceutical company based near Basel. We are commissioned to fill a temporary long-term position, we are looking for a
 
Receptionist 100 % (upon request)
 
The Reception Team is looking for a person who fill in if necessary. Workload would be 100%, yearly workload would be around 25%. Job returnees are welcome.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and announcing them to the appropriate person
  • Answering the company switchboard
  • General administrative tasks, such as correspondence, ordering business cards and taxi voucher, reserving the conference rooms, accounting control
  • Handling over/returning access cards (badges) for internals and externals as well as for workers
  • Security of the entrance doors
 
Our client is looking for someone who is/has:
 
  • Previous experience as Receptionist or Assistant preferably in an international environment
  • Flexible, communicative personality, which is preserved even in hectic situations to keep the quietness and overview
  • Reliable and discreet personality with a professional behavior
  • A team-player which is able to cope within an dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English and German – additional languages are a plus
