In this challenging role as “Business Tools Project Manager”, you will understand the needs, design solutions, ensure right development, support roll-out team and maintain B2C trade tools in the markets.
 
Key responsibilities 
  • Guardian of current and future sales generation and trade efficiency tools: Responsible for developments of new tools, piloting them with the markets, industralizating a roll-out process for non-pilots.
  • Main partner for technical IT/IS partners (internal and external) to make design, new feature developments and process review possible.
  • Coordinate the implementation in the market with the Roll Out team.
  • Create and maintain support processes for super users in the markets.
  • Operational responsibilities such as budget and PO creation.
  • Provide continuous support on the usage of the tool, monitoring the execution and following up the feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Share info within the stakeholders and the departments involved (Commercial, IS/IT, Legal, Business Intelligence).

Education and experience  

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Commercial or Trade Marketing environment
  • Experience in business tools development or managing design teams or IS/IT teams
  • Strong Experience in Project Management
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point
  • Willing to learn and show interest in new ERP tools
  • Fluent in English, other language would be a plus
