In the context of our HR Transformation, we are strengthening our Talent function and are creating regional Centers of Competence (CoC) which will deliver a high quality Talent portfolio of services to Markets, from Talent acquisition, Talent planning, Leadership and team development, to Learning and capability building.
We are looking for a regional Integrated Talent Management Manager for the CoC for Latin America based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Reporting to the Head of CoC Talent - Latin America, you will ensure effective deployment of global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions into markets through consultancy, capability building, governance management and direct delivery of shareable solutions and interventions.You will work closely with Nestlé Regional Talent Managers and Talent AcquisitionManagers to set the regional strategyand represent regional market interests at Corporate level and across Regional peer group.
Design, with input from the Markets, and implement the regional talent acquisition strategy aligning with overall talent strategy for the region and with corporate Talent Acquisition frameworks
Drive Above Market CoC efficiency and effectiveness in the region through quality execution of service lines (talent pipelining, proactive sourcing, recruitment marketing, etc.) and appropriate resources allocation & team capability development
Provide Integrated Talent Management support and expertise to Nestlé in the Market HR leadership teams, senior management and market/business HR Heads
Responsible for quality execution of Talent Acquisition and Management function within region, achieving performance goals across all markets and delivering value to the business
Manage regional vendor relationships, providing cost efficiency and quality delivery to markets
Education and experience
Significant experience in managing a sizeable Talent Acquisition function across various countries or geographies preferably in Latin America
Experience in Talent Development processes / function at market or regional level
Experience in stakeholder management and business senior leadership
Ability to create Talent Acquisition and Talent Management strategy and align with regional and group Talent strategy
Experience in management of different or competing customer realities and contexts
Experience in managing Talent Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing activities
