In the context of our HR Transformation, we are strengthening our Talent function and are creating regional Centers of Competence (CoC) which will deliver a high quality Talent portfolio of services to Markets, from Talent acquisition, Talent planning, Leadership and team development, to Learning and capability building.
We are looking for a regional Digital & Social Media Specialist for the CoC for Western Europe based in Milan, Italy.
Reporting to the Regional Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand Manager, you will participate actively in the design and execution of the regional recruitment marketing strategy, which includes candidate attraction and engagement, employer brand identity and social media community management.
Oversee the content strategy for all regionally-owned Careers digital pages (Careers website pages, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, internal onboarding portal, CRM, alumni community, etc.) and align with the CoC Recruitment Marketing team for content creation as needed
Collaborate with key stakeholders includingNestlé in the Market (NiM)Talent Acquisition Team, CoC Sourcers and the Centers of Scale (CoS) to understand business needs, identify creative marketing solutions, successfully posting content to respective channels and monitoring success
Develop and maintain editorial calendars across all regional Careers social media channels for each Nestlé businesses that supports the Corporate and Employer Brand Framework
Define the Digital & Social Media strategy for the region in partnership with NiM Talent Acquisition and the Above Market teams and develop and execute paid media campaigns
Serve as the community manager by listening and responding to social media comments across all social media channels for all Nestle businesses; partner with Legal and Corporate Communications to support the development of comments as needed
Evaluate effectiveness of as defined by global and regional key performance indicators and adapt as needed
Assist the CoC Recruitment Marketing team in delivering a high-level of candidate experience from the first point of attraction all the way through the application process to Onboarding
Maintain recruitment marketing dashboard to report on sourcing efforts as it relates to digital and social media channels
Education and experience
Qualification in Communication, Business Administration or Social Media
Successful experience in managing Digital and Social Media
Experience in engaging with communities (talent communities, alumni communities, etc.)
Good understanding of digital and social media trends and channels
Fluent in English, any other language of the region (Spanish, Portuguese) would be a plus
