In the context of our HR Transformation, we are strengthening our Talent function and are creating regional Centers of Competence (CoC) which will deliver a high quality Talent portfolio of services to Markets, from Talent acquisition, Talent planning, Leadership and team development, to Learning and capability building.
We are looking for a regional Learning Program Manager (specifically in Marketing & Sales, Technical or Functions) for the CoC for Middle East and Africa based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Reporting to the regional Learning & Capability Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the “above the market” functional Learning portfolio addressed to the region, being part of the Global Trainers / Program Manager pool as well as the roll-out at local level of ad hoc capability building learning solutions (on request). You are also involved in the implementation of the global portfolio when sessions are organized in your region.
Support Functions and Categories in scope in the delivery at regional level the identified set of «above the Market» Learning solutions/portfolios and/or modules; directly deliver/facilitate learning modules and be in charge of the roll-out of the Train the Trainers (TTT) sessions addressed to Subject Matter Experts(SMEs) and Business/Functional leaders
Directly deliver or support the delivery phase of the local/market roll-out of the above the market catalogues
Provide input and expertise to the design and build of the «regionally adapted» above the market solutions (content, pedagogy, facilitation methodologies…)
Provide TTT sessions and certification to build market capabilities and ensure the right standard of delivery at local level
Work in in full coordination and alignment with theNestlé Continuous Excellence structure
Collaborate with Markets, Functions and Global Managed businesses for the delivery of their learning development sessions
Coach and Train the local SMEs for the execution of effective and impacting learning sessions
Education and experience
2 to 5 years of experience in the facilitation and the delivery of learning sessions addressed to a multiple target of learners (including senior leaders); application of modern learning principles (immersive, learner centric, flipped classrooms...)
Proven ability to train the trainers
Experience in successfully delivering decentralized functional courses will be a plus
2-3 years of functional/business background would be a clear advantage in order to partner with the defined target group of "clients"
Fluent in English, any other language of the region would be a plus
